While a sergeant at an Illinois state prison, Wallace Weicherding promoted and held a Ku Klux Klan rally. The prison terminated him for conduct unbecoming an officer. Weicherding then sued the prison's warden and others, claiming that his First Amendment rights were violated. The district court granted summary judgment to the defendants. We affirm.
