Petitioner Michael B. Weeks seeks review of a decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board ("Board") upholding a reconsideration decision by the Office of Personnel Management ("OPM") that denied petitioners request for disability retirement benefits. Weeks v. Office of Personnel Management, No. AT831E970467-I-1 (Aug. 8, 1997). The initial decision of the Board became final on September 12, 1997. For the reasons stated below, we dismiss the petition for review for lack of jurisdiction.
